The Syvecs PDUX3 is a flagship, high-capacity solid-state Power Distribution Unit designed for complex motorsport and high-end automotive builds. It takes the technology of the PDUX2 and expands it significantly, offering 34 main power outputs with a massive total current capacity of 200A. The PDUX3 is engineered to manage every electrical system in the vehicle—from ignition coils and injectors to high-draw radiator fans and wiper motors—without a single mechanical fuse or relay.

By integrating the PDUX3 with a Syvecs ECU via "Slave Link," the system becomes a single, unified entity. This allows for unmatched logic-based power control, such as automatically cutting power to air conditioning compressors under full throttle or cycling fuel pumps to prevent overheating, all managed through the intuitive Syvecs software.

Performance and Precision Engineering

The PDUX3 is designed for 24-hour endurance racing and extreme environmental conditions, housed in a thermally optimized CNC billet aluminum enclosure.

• Advanced Current Sensing: Every output features high-resolution current monitoring, allowing you to see exactly how many Amps each component is drawing in real-time via the datalogger.

• Complex Logic Functions: Supports sophisticated Boolean logic, allowing for "If/Then/Else" programming for complex vehicle functions like sequential headlight flashing or pit-lane speed limiter indicators.

• High-Current H-Bridge Support: Features specialized outputs capable of reversing polarity, essential for controlling DC motors like window regulators, electronic wastegates, or motorized aerodynamic wings.

• Ethernet Switching: Includes a built-in 2-port Ethernet switch for easy "daisy-chaining" of multiple devices, such as the ECU and a digital dashboard, back to a single tuning port.

Integration and Wiring

• Master/Slave Architecture: When paired with a Syvecs ECU, the PDUX3 can share its 16 analog inputs across the CAN bus, allowing the ECU to use these inputs for engine sensors if local ECU pins are full.

• Programmable Reset: If a fault occurs (such as a short-circuited fan), the PDU can be programmed to attempt a "soft reset" multiple times before permanently disabling the circuit and alerting the driver via the dash.
