The Syvecs 10 Bar Fuel Pressure Sensor is a high-accuracy, motorsport-grade pressure transducer designed to monitor fuel or oil pressures with laboratory precision. This sensor is a critical component for engine safety, as it allows the Syvecs ECU to monitor the health of the fuel system in real-time. By providing constant feedback, it enables the ECU to apply injector pulse-width compensations based on fuel pressure fluctuations and trigger instant safety trips if pressure drops below a dangerous threshold.

Built with a stainless steel diaphragm and a compact 22mm body, this sensor is engineered to withstand high-vibration environments and the corrosive nature of modern fuels, including E85 and race high-octane blends.

The sensor utilizes high-grade internal electronics to provide a linear voltage output that is highly resistant to electromagnetic interference.

Calibration and Wiring Data

The sensor provides a standard 0.5V to 4.5V linear output. In the Syvecs SCal software, this can be quickly calibrated using the "Linear" sensor tool or by manually entering the following values.

Voltage to Pressure Scaling: 0.50V = 0 Bar (0 PSI) 4.50V = 10 Bar (145 PSI)

Electrical Pinout: Pin 1: Ground (Black - Sensor Ground) Pin 2: 5V Supply (Red - 5V Ref) Pin 3: Signal Output (White - Connects to ECU Analog Input)
