The Syvecs Flex Fuel Sensor is an essential component for any modern high-performance vehicle running Ethanol-based fuels. This genuine Continental/GM-style sensor allows the Syvecs ECU to monitor the percentage of ethanol in the fuel system in real-time. This data is used to automatically adjust fueling, ignition timing, and boost levels, ensuring the engine performs at its peak whether you are running Pump Gas, E85, or any blend in between.

In addition to ethanol content, the sensor also measures fuel temperature, providing the ECU with the data necessary to compensate for fuel density changes and providing an additional layer of engine safety.

Performance and Precision Engineering

The sensor is designed to be installed in the fuel return line and is built to withstand the corrosive properties of high-ethanol blends.

• Real-Time Monitoring: Continuously outputs a digital signal representing ethanol percentage (50Hz to 150Hz) and fuel temperature.

Calibration and Wiring Data

The sensor outputs a square-wave frequency signal. This must be connected to a Digital, Speed, or "Universal" input on the Syvecs ECU that is capable of frequency detection.

Ethanol Content Calibration: 50Hz = 0 percent Ethanol 150Hz = 100 percent Ethanol

Fuel Temperature Calibration: 1ms Pulse Width = -40C 5ms Pulse Width = 125C
