The Life Racing PDUX2B is a sophisticated, microprocessor-controlled Power Distribution Unit designed to replace mechanical relays and fuses with solid-state precision. Featuring schematic-based calibration and advanced logic simulation, the PDUX2B provides unparalleled control over your vehicle’s electrical system. Whether used as a standalone power manager or slaved to a Life Racing ECU, it ensures maximum reliability for mission-critical components.

Advanced Intelligent Power Outputs

The PDUX2B features 16 high-current main outputs, all equipped with multi-stage in-rush control and thermal protection:

• 4 Multifunction Outputs: Highly versatile high-side, low-side, PWM, or H-Bridge configurations (35A continuous).

• 2 High-Power Outputs: Designed for heavy-duty loads with 35A continuous and 60A hard-start inrush capability.

• 10 Standard High-Side Outputs: Ideal for mid-range loads (12A continuous).

• Output Teaming: Supports exceptionally high-current devices by combining multiple output channels.

• Soft Outputs: Manage up to 128 additional soft outputs via CAN bus for complex system networking.

Versatile Inputs & Logic

• 12 Physical Inputs: Can be used as switch inputs or general-purpose analogue sensor inputs when slaved to an ECU. Includes 4 frequency measurement inputs and software-selectable 3k ohm pull-ups.

• Smart Wake Functionality: Features a dedicated wake pin and 4 inputs capable of programmable "wake up" to minimize parasitic drain while the vehicle is stationary.

• Schematic Calibration: Utilize a visual schematic-based interface for logic simulation and live monitoring of the entire power system.

• Dual Ethernet Ports: 2x 100Mbit/s full duplex Ethernet ports that can function as an integrated Ethernet switch.
