Most Hybrid Racing Shifters use an internal coil spring to help the shifter re-center. Over time, as with any component, the spring can begin to deflect, leading to a reduced feel in the shifter. This replacement spring is for the H6 Spring and is included with your shifter when first purchased. By replacing this, the centering and shifter feel will be restored.
The spring does have an orientation for proper installation. Please reference our installation guide for this spring to ensure you reassemble the shifter correctly.
