Product Description
The Genuine Honda Lost Motion Assembly (LMA) set is a critical valvetrain component for i-VTEC engines. The LMA units are spring-loaded cylinders designed to support the high-lift VTEC rocker arms when the engine is operating on the primary (low-speed) cam lobes. By maintaining constant pressure on the central rocker arm, they prevent the arm from "floating" or clattering, which can cause excessive noise and accelerated wear to the camshaft lobes. This updated spring-style design replaces the older hydraulic versions, offering superior reliability and quieter operation for high-performance K-series engines.
